Goal:
To create an educational handbook (6x9 inch softcover) and digital campaign to teach designers about the dangers of dark patterns and how we can combat them.
My Role:
One of five members of a group focusing on illustration, animations, and layout. Responsible for 12 out of 52 pages. Pages within the booklet include 31-36, 39-42, 44 & 45.

Forced Continuity - to make the user continue to pay or subscribe to a service or product.

Hidden Costs - any fees that aren't immediately apparent.

Sneak into Basket - when a website adds an item to your shopping cart before check out and does not notify you.
